Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Technical Support Engineer fluent in Italian and English to join the growing Technical Support team.

You will be a trusted technical resource for the Qualified Success team, troubleshooting complex issues to deliver a seamless customer experience across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced. As part of the team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product, contribute to knowledge base content, and help drive product improvements while

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2 to 4 years of work experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly across Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Responsabilités

Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone, owning cases from initial investigation through final resolution.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes and elevate product bugs, and partner with Product to share customer feedback shaping the roadmap.
Create and improve documentation and knowledge base articles, support incident response, and streamline support workflows as a trusted technical advisor.
