Job summary

Salesforce is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Engineer to join our Dublin team. You will troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced, collaborating with Engineering and Product to drive customer success.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage live chat, email, and phone requests, create knowledge base content, and help shape product roadmaps with customer feedback. A Bachelor's degree and Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English with excellent written and spoken communication.
2–4 years of work experience in Salesforce-based support or technical roles.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone, owning cases from initial investigation through final resolution.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using your Salesforce knowledge.
Collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes and share customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Create and improve documentation and knowledge base articles, and support incident response and workflows.
