Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer fluent in French and English to join our Qualified Success team. You will troubleshoot complex issues, act as a bridge between customers, Engineering, and Product, and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

With 2–4 years of hands-on support experience, you will work on Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced, create knowledge base content, and collaborate across groups to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in customer support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone, owning cases from initial investigation through final resolution.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using your knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Work with Engineering to identify root causes and raise product bugs, and partner with Product to share customer feedback that shapes the roadmap.
• Create and improve documentation and knowledge base articles, support incident response, and streamline support workflows as a trusted technical advisor.
