The role involves resolving complex Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud issues, creating knowledge base content, and helping shape the product roadmap through feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• 2–4 years of experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize customer support requests across live chat, email, and phone from investigation to resolution.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to identify root causes and incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Create and improve documentation, knowledge base content, and support workflows as a trusted advisor.
