Job summary

Asana is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region, based in Dublin, with a strong track record in Enterprise SaaS. You will deepen relationships with C-level to end-users, orchestrate multi-threaded sales processes, and craft value-driven plans to accelerate growth within established partnerships.

This role blends office-centric hybrid work with selective remote days, focusing on delivering strategic, long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience selling directly into the Enterprise segment (4+ years) and closing business (8+ years).
• Mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to close deals with high quota attainment in Enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex account landscapes and use data to optimize existing solutions and identify new use cases.
• Anticipate roadblocks and objections with win-win solutions for stakeholders.
• Drive revenue by leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value.
