Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to drive revenue in the Benelux region from our Ireland/Dublin presence. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and work closely with the CSM team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SaaS/B2B sales, experience in the Benelux market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dutch or Flemish language skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of SaaS/B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling in the Benelux region.
• Dutch, French or Flemish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a high-velocity pipeline in target segments.
• Own the sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.
• Maintain and forecast pipeline in Salesforce to accurately predict revenue.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding of new customers.
