GemPool Recruitment is partnering with an Irish technology provider to hire a Business Development Manager in Sandyford, Dublin 18. You will lead B2B sales across SMEs and mid-market firms, closing multi-month cycles and driving a €2M annual target.

The role offers €65,000 base salary plus €50,000 commission (€115,000 OTE), a company car and fuel card, and a hybrid work model with ~3 days in the office.

Qualificações

• Candidates should have a background in commercial B2B sales in Ireland across technology, telecoms, or related services.
• Proven lead generation, cold prospecting, and quota attainment with strong closing ability.
• Comfort engaging with C-suite leaders and owners across sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and win new commercial business across Dublin and Ireland.
• Capitalize on revenue from existing accounts through hardware refreshes and licensing additions.
• Coordinate with Microsoft/Google Heads of Practice for validation and scoping.
• Lead 60–90 day consultative sales cycles with €30k+ deals toward €2M annual revenue.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting using Zoho CRM and service desk tools.
