Job summary

Our client in Dublin seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to be the first contact in the sales cycle. You will partner with SMB Account Executives, craft messaging across channels, and contribute to the outbound team’s effectiveness.

This role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote) with an OTE up to €67,000 (base €43,550) plus equity, and includes comprehensive health insurance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR role in marketing tech or SaaS.
• Fluency in German, written and verbal.
• Drive for continuous improvement and rigour in approach.
• Thoughtful, energetic, and self-aware with strong professionalism.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from the solution.
• Collaborate with SMB Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies.
• Develop and iterate messaging across channels, industries, and personas.
• Share learnings to support the outbound team.
