Job summary

Synergy-Security in Dublin 12 is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, grow client relationships, and drive revenue. You will work with sales and marketing to expand our customer base and market share.

The role requires proven BD/sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms and PowerPoint. You will lead local and national outreach, attend events, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

• Proven Business Development / Sales Experience
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in sales / CRM platforms
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / presentations

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development
• Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities
• Manage local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations
• Provide weekly updates on all business targets including actions taken
• Contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies
• Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development
• Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership
• Proactively manage and resolve Customer related issues
• Lead ad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.
