3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative for our Offaly client base. The role combines outbound prospecting with nurturing inbound interests to build a strong sales pipeline and close new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with SME owners and senior decision-makers, presenting outsourcing, fractional CFO services and strategic consulting solutions to drive growth across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in outbound sales calls, lead generation and engaging with decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients across Ireland.
• Engage with business owners, senior management teams and key decision-makers to understand their commercial and operational needs.
• Present suitable outsourcing, fractional leadership, financial management and strategic consulting solutions.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM records and timely follow-up.
