Sigmar Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to grow two specialist technology portfolios across Ireland and international markets. You will identify prospects, build relationships and win new business, translating complex technical value into commercial opportunities.

Expect roughly 50% international coverage (Ireland, UK, Europe and USA) and the remainder focusing on a medical technology portfolio in Ireland, with two days per week in Galway and regular

Qualificações

• Proven technical B2B sales or business development experience.
• Track record of winning new business.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value.
• Confident engaging with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach prospective customers through outbound prospecting, networking and market research.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, progressing opportunities from initial contact to purchase order.
• Develop relationships with senior engineering, R&D, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Understand complex technical products and communicate their commercial value.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and develop new markets and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
