Archer in Dublin is seeking ambitious professionals to join its B2B sales team. We train people from outside IT to become top-earning Business Development Consultants, starting with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a structured path to director-level promotions.

You will master the full sales cycle and work on-site with a high-energy Dublin team, earning €38,000 base with significant OTE growth year over year in a fast-paced, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of direct sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and resilience.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
• Based in Dublin and in-office Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Master the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch high-value clients, negotiate deals, and manage key accounts.
• Work on the Dublin team floor with top mentors who train you every step of the way.
• Contribute to revenue growth by closing deals and building a lucrative B2B career.
