Job summary

Archer in Dublin is seeking ambitious sales professionals to own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and farming accounts. This role focuses on selling media, telecoms, and outbound B2B solutions with a pure client-side approach.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of direct sales experience with a proven track record closing deals.
• Hunter + Farmer mindset with ability to open new doors and grow existing accounts.
• Right to work: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Responsibilities

• Own full client-side sales cycle from prospecting to close and farming accounts.
• Pitch terms, win new accounts, and grow long-term revenue streams.
• 1:1 mentorship on Dublin floor for high-energy performance.
