Archer in Dublin is seeking ambitious professionals to join its B2B sales team. We train people from outside IT to become top-earning Business Development Consultants, starting with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a structured path to director-level promotions.

You will master the full sales cycle and work on-site with a high-energy Dublin team, earning €38,000 base with significant OTE growth year over year in a fast-paced, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of direct sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and resilience.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
• Based in Dublin and in-office Monday to Friday.

• Starting Base Salary & Bonus: €38,000 + Commission – Upfront & Recurring, Completely Uncapped Commission Structure

  • Year 1 OTE: €53,000+

  • Year 2 OTE: €80,000+

  • Year 3 OTE: €112,000+

What You Need to Succeed

• 9+ months of direct sales experience (e.g., estate agency, media/advertising sales, B2B services, telecom, or high-volume phone sales).

• Strong work ethic, resilience, and an appetite to build a lucrative B2B career.
