Job summary

Joe Duffy Group in Ireland is offering a trainee role in Aftersales. You will be the primary contact for Kia customers needing servicing or repairs, coordinate with workshop and dealership, and ensure excellent service at every interaction.

The training program runs up to six months with mentorship and hands‑on learning across the Joe Duffy Group process, database management and customer service, building the skills for a rewarding career in motor retail.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• No motor experience required.
• Full Irish/EU driving licence and work visa required.
• Trainee role with comprehensive training in Aftersales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for Kia customers requiring servicing or repair.
• Coordinate information flow between workshop, dealership and customer.
• Handle service enquiries—qualify needs and diagnose running problems.
• Enter details into the service loading system and manage capacity.
• Oversee handover and explain work carried out to customers.
• Coordinate with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of Kia brand service requirements.
• Uphold safe working practices and dealership standards.
