Joe Duffy Group, Ireland’s leading motor retailer, is recruiting an Apprentice/Trainee Service Advisor for our Audi Limerick dealership. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service for servicing, repairs and parts, while coordinating between workshop and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal presentation and always reflects the company's corporate image.
• Professional; highest standards of courtesy & efficiency; enthusiastic.
• Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle upset / demanding customers effectively.
• A ‘Can Do’ attitude, willingness to learn and follow instruction.
• Accuracy in detailing customer requirements and record on appropriate system.
• A full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal and experienced point of contact for Audi customers requiring servicing, repair or parts.
• Manage information flow between workshop, dealership and customer to ensure excellent service.
• Handle service telephone and walk-in enquiries for the dealership.
• Qualify service/parts needs and diagnose running problems where appropriate.
• Explain work to customers and obtain authorisation.
• Maintain stock checks and ensure accurate records in systems.
