Job summary

CPL Group in Dublin is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager for AI/SaaS to own a portfolio of SMB advertisers and drive revenue. You will be the first voice to advertisers and manage pipeline in Salesforce, combining outbound outreach with consultative selling.

The role rewards high activity with a €42,000 base salary plus bonus, is onsite in Dublin 2 for a 12-month contract, and offers exposure to a leading AI/SaaS client and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer engagement.
• Real experience with outbound calling or proactive customer contact.
• Some background in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS, or platform-based selling.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Comfortable living and breathing targets.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice a prospective or existing advertiser hears
• Manage and grow a portfolio — retention and new revenue both count
• Qualify leads and move them through the funnel, no hand-holding needed
• Diagnose what's not working in a campaign and recommend the fix
• Keep your pipeline, forecasting, and documentation clean and accurate
• Spot inefficiencies and actually say something about them
