Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin 4 is hiring Ad Sales Account Managers for an AI advertising platform. The role is fully onsite on a 12-month contract and offers a base salary of 42-48K plus bonus.

You will own a portfolio of SMB advertisers, run discovery, support campaign creation and provide data-driven recommendations. Qualification requires 3+ years in digital advertising, fluency in English, and the right to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital advertising or advertiser account management.
• Proven ability to grow revenue or ad spend and retain clients.
• Hands-on experience building, diagnosing and optimising campaigns.
• Dutch or Nordic languages are especially welcome.

Responsibilities

• Owning a portfolio of SMB advertisers, with responsibility for growth and retention.
• Running client discovery to understand each advertiser’s objectives.
• Supporting campaign creation and diagnosing campaign performance, with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Engaging existing and prospective clients through warm outbound calls, email and follow-ups (40–50 touchpoints a day).
• Qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through a structured pipeline.
• Keeping your CRM, forecasts and reporting accurate and up to date.
