Cpl Group in Dublin seeks an Ad Sales Team Lead to coach a team of Ad Sales Executives and drive revenue for an AI advertising platform. You will own quota attainment, pipeline and forecast accuracy, and translate campaign performance into ROI for advertisers.

The role is fully onsite in Dublin (D4) with a 12-month contract and base salary €55,000–€59,000 plus a 20–40% bonus, reflecting senior leadership responsibilities in a dynamic tech-led environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, lead generation or digital advertising.
• 1–2+ years in a team lead or people management role.
• A consistent record of quota attainment, individually or as a team.
• Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS or platform sales.
• Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) and experience with sales engagement tools.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of Ad Sales Executives.
• Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
• Run pipeline reviews and call coaching, and lead onboarding and ramp programmes.
• Act as deal sponsor on complex opportunities, translating campaign performance into clear ROI for advertisers.
• Maintain quality standards, CRM discipline and policy compliance.
