Job summary

CPL Group in Dublin 2 is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager to drive growth in AI-powered digital advertising for SMB clients. This fully onsite, 12-month fixed-term contract offers a fast-paced sales environment with strong extension potential.

You will manage a portfolio, build relationships, and advise clients on tailored AI advertising solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing sales.
Experience making outbound calls and proactively managing customer relationships.
Background in digital advertising, SaaS, technology, media, or platform-based sales is highly desirable.
Fluent English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

Managing and growing a portfolio of SMB clients to drive revenue and long-term customer success.
Building strong relationships through consultative sales and proactive account management.
Engaging customers via outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings to identify opportunities and optimise advertising performance.
Understanding customer goals and recommending the most suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
Supporting clients through campaign optimisation, performance reviews, and strategic business recommendations.
Managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools while maintaining accurate forecasting and customer records.
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and activity KPIs.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Identifying trends and opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
