Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin 4 is hiring Ad Sales Account Managers for an AI advertising platform. The role is fully onsite on a 12-month contract and offers a base salary of 42-48K plus bonus.

You will own a portfolio of SMB advertisers, run discovery, support campaign creation and provide data-driven recommendations. Qualification requires 3+ years in digital advertising, fluency in English, and the right to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owning a portfolio of SMB advertisers, with responsibility for growth and retention.
• Running client discovery to understand each advertiser’s objectives.
• Supporting campaign creation and diagnosing campaign performance, with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Engaging existing and prospective clients through warm outbound calls, email and follow-ups (40–50 touchpoints a day).
• Qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through a structured pipeline.
• Keeping your CRM, forecasts and reporting accurate and up to date.

We're hiring Ad Sales Account Managers for our client, a leading global professional services company, to support the growth of an emerging advertising platform at one of the most talked-about AI companies in the world.

To apply, you must have hands-on experience in digital advertising. This is not an entry-level opportunity. You should already be comfortable with the fundamentals: CPM, CPC, CTR, ads managers, pixel installation and third-party attribution. Training is product-led, so you need to arrive with these basics in place.

• 3+ years in digital advertising, ad sales, performance marketing or advertiser account management
• Visible account management experience, with a record of growing revenue or ad spend and retaining clients
• Hands-on experience building, diagnosing and optimising campaigns
• Dutch or Nordic languages are especially welcome

Ad Sales Account Manager (Sales-Led)

• Experience in digital advertising, ad sales or advertiser account management, including marketing and social media backgrounds with hands-on campaign experience
• 2+ years in inside sales, account management or customer engagement
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive client contact

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need (All Roles)

• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Proven, hands-on experience in digital advertising: essential for every role
• Working knowledge of CPM, CPC, CTR, ads managers and attribution
• A track record of working to targets
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to clients at every level
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent)
• The right to work in Ireland
