Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant, you’ll build with customers to turn their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. You’ll co-create workflows live with customers and guide opportunities from discovery through renewal.

You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists, maintaining ownership of customer relationships and opportunity momentum.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated quota-carrying or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Ability to map workflows and translate needs into business impact.
• Comfort building live in software and performing demos.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and procurement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business.
• Own opportunities from discovery to close.
• Design and validate workflow solutions with customers.
• Coordinate with BDRs and specialists to drive momentum.
• Drive value post-signature with adoption and renewal planning.
