This Dublin-based role works from the office on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership and pipeline generation in quota-carrying roles.
• Technical fluency; ability to build live in software and demo with customers.
• AI fluency and enthusiasm for adopting new tools.
• Discovery, qualification, and value articulation translating needs into outcomes.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements including procurement, legal and security.
• Experience in B2B software sales to mid-market/enterprise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business with BDRs and stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close.
• Design and validate workflow solutions delivering measurable value.
• Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership.
• Drive customer value and growth after signature with adoption and renewal planning.
