Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market. As a Solutions Consultant, you will build pipeline with BDRs, engage stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions, and guide opportunities through close.

You will connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal to ensure customers realize value. You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists while maintaining ownership of customer relationships and momentum.

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership evidenced by quota-carrying sales or similar roles.
• Technical fluency; ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot.
• Passion for AI and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills.
• Ability to drive urgency, ownership, and learning velocity in customer interactions.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements through procurement and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline across your book of business with partners to generate opportunities.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close, including discovery, sizing, and proposals.
• Design and validate workflow solutions, map current and future state, and define success criteria.
• Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and specialists to advance opportunities.
• Drive value post-signature with adoption plans and renewal strategies.
