Google Ireland is seeking a high-energy Google Customer Solutions sales professional to help SMBs grow using Google advertising products. You will engage with owners and decision-makers, uncover business needs, and translate them into powerful, data-driven solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Greek fluently to engage with clients in the region.
• Master's degree in a business related field.
• 2 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.

Aufgaben

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve sales growth.
• Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is tracked, and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor performance data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and cultivate pipeline for future growth.
