Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Ad Sales or Paid Social Marketing.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive engagement.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers.
• Drive revenue growth, retention and campaign performance.
• Build relationships via warm outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Complete approximately 40–50 calls per day.
• Identify client needs and recommend advertising solutions.
• Qualify leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Educate advertisers and provide campaign optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools.
