Job summary

Accenture in Dublin is hiring an Ad Sales Account Manager for a 12-month FTC, fully onsite in Dublin 2. You will manage SMB advertisers, drive revenue, and provide consultative guidance to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and education through data-driven recommendations. Fluency in English and a Nordic language is required, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer engagement.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive customer contact.
• Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS, or platform environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) at C1 level.
• Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish at C1 level.
• Higher emphasis on strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact in the sales and account management process.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers with revenue growth and retention responsibilities.
• Engage clients via warm outbound calls, email, and follow-ups (40–50 calls/day).
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and advance opportunities through the funnel.
• Identify advertiser needs and recommend appropriate advertising products and solutions.
• Support advertisers through consultation, education, optimization, and reviews.
• Maintain structured, accurate pipeline in CRM and meet activity targets.
• Adhere to SLA standards and ensure high-quality documentation of interactions.
