Job summary
A leading healthcare company is seeking a Joint Recon and Mitek Lead in Jakarta Selatan. This pivotal role focuses on advancing Joint Reconstruction and Sports Medicine across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include strategic marketing plan development, execution of surgeon and sales training programs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or a related field, with significant experience in medical devices and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and candidates should be willing to travel extensively across the region.
Qualifications
- Relevant years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics.
- Proven track record in launching and commercializing medical devices or digital solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan utilizing the Launch Excellence (LEX) Framework.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to optimize surgeon engagement.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs for the sales force.
