A leading technology firm in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team. Description
The opportunity:
The Sales Support Specialist will provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will act as a primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal teams and customers, prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
You will maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate customer information and sales activity, assist in the creation and distribution of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
You will coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues and expedite order fulfillment, generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team, provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
You will support the sales team in achieving sales targets by proactively identifying and addressing support needs, contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and procedures.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Associate’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a technology or industrial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
