Job Description
The Senior Manager leads the overall strategy and execution of merchant acquisition and partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen Indodana’s market position. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships while developing a capable team to deliver sustainable business results.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to strengthen Indodana’s market presence and drive revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
Lead negotiations to secure marketing funds, promotional subsidies, and co-branding opportunities
Oversee and guide the Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and merchant programs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech) for seamless program/product implementation.
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and optimize partnership outcomes.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a capable and result-oriented partnerships team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Proven track record in leading large teams, developing business strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems, with strong awareness of market trends and competitive dynamics.
Experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term strategic partnerships with national or corporate merchants.
