Job summary

A leading consumer goods manufacturer in Jakarta is looking for an Associate Regional Key Account Manager. The role involves developing strategic account plans, managing key account relationships, and negotiating commercial terms. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel. This position may require travel.

Job description

Develop Strategic Account Plans : Create and execute annual account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Manage Key Account Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers to ensure business continuity and expansion.

Negotiate Commercial Terms : Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans to maximize sales and profitability.

Monitor Market Trends : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, SCM, Finance, and distributors to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Analyze Sales Performance : Track and evaluate sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade roles, ideally within FMCG/consumer goods.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Solid analytical ability with proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF).

Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Willing to travel as required.
