Job summary

Assistant Manager - City Marketing Execution

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative direction and visual identity of all Biensi fashion brands to ensure strong, consistent, and inspiring brand storytelling.
  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, photo & video shoots, social media content, and digital activations.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to translate strategic briefs into impactful visual executions.
  • Manage and supervise the in‑house creative team.
  • Plan and direct seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative vision and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic standards while staying relevant to market trends.
  • Lead ideation for fashion shoots, KOL collaborations, and event visual executions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and production workflows from concept to final output.
  • Continuously explore design trends, pop culture, and digital innovation to strengthen brand impact and creativity.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative or art direction, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital content creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent design software.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion visual trends, photography direction, and content storytelling.
  • Able to transform marketing objectives into strong creative concepts with commercial appeal.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and inspire creative teams.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.
