What you will be doing

• Analyse the local market for all product categories, to have a complete knowledge of the opportunities and the threats for Panasonic, including competitors product (specs and features), price, channel of distribution, and promotional activities
• Prepare the Business-Plan, setup product pricings, and maintain pricing quarterly in cooperation with the Planning team.
• Plan and manage the marketing budgets by considering the return (sales) and Investments.
• Propose, realize and control all necessary marketing activities, and ensure they are in line with the business direction.
• Recommend different activities needed to realize the BP sales to the customers, and follow them up with KPI’s.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the activities to European HQ and Country Manager.
• Ensure the monitoring of regulations & technologies on the market relevant to the business.
• Represent Panasonic brand and position in compliance with Panasonic strategy.
• Lead and develop the local marketing team, and collaborate closely with other local and international departments as needed.

What we are looking for

• Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience working in a B2B environment
• Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
• Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
• Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
• Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills
