  2. Source, screen, and recruit candidates using various platforms and methods.
  3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  5. Utilize innovative approaches for fast hiring while maintaining quality standards.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
