Responsibilities

• Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances
• Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function
• Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created
• Create pay scheme for blue collars workers in related Ops function
• Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme
• Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree related Analytical Skill from an accredited college or university
• 4+ years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, business analyst
• Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
• Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like Excel and SQL
• Detail oriented and data driven
• Problem solver and structure thinking
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
