A digital advertising firm in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive to proactively engage clients with TikTok advertising needs. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and develop marketing strategies based on client goals. Candidates with experience in digital advertising and a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
Proactively identify, seek out, and engage potential clients with TikTok advertising needs (including but not limited to brands, e-commerce sellers, app developers, etc.).
Establish customer relationships through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ products, target audiences, and marketing objectives, providing professional TikTok advertising strategy recommendations and solutions.
Prepare and deliver project proposals, conduct business negotiations, and finalize partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies and product optimization.
Achieve and exceed clearly defined sales targets (e.g., quarterly and annual sales goals).
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising sales. Candidates with experience in sales at TikTok, Facebook, Google, or other major performance advertising platforms will be given priority.
Strong goal-driven mindset, results-oriented, with excellent resilience under pressure.
Outstanding customer service awareness and relationship management skills.
