Our client is a Japanese Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Assistant Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing staff in each store.
• Responsible for sales promotion in each store.
• Interpreting and translating documents.
• Negotiating with business partners.
• Responsible for launching new stores.
• Responsible for store equipment management.
• Doing store work with store staff, such as cooking and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Japanese at a business level smoothly (N2 up).
• Have 1 year of working experience in a Restaurant / Cafe / Bar.
• Have staying experience in Japan.
• Have a punctual habit (good attendance) and a strong compliance mindset for fraud.
• Have a strong will to grow and be passionate about work.
• Willing to work in a shift schedule (and on holidays).
