PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking a Decorative Retail Consultant for the West Java region. You will drive sales to dealers, promote decorative products, and coordinate with Marketing/Technical teams to capture more market share while ensuring timely collections.

The role requires 3+ years in sales in related sectors, a Bachelor degree, and a willingness to travel across West Java. A valid driving license and car are essential for mobile work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• 3+ years of sales experience in building materials, FMCG, or General Trade.
• Driven personality with strong persuasion abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Own car and driving license A required.
• Willing to be mobile across West Java.

Aufgaben

• Map market and expand the territory, monitor supply/demand, trends, and competitors.
• Achieve and maintain sales targets, grow dealer base and protect gross margin.
• Promote decorative products in coordination with Marketing and Technical teams to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor collections by following up payments with Finance to achieve the DSO target.
• Deliver high-quality product and sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
