Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is expanding its Decorative Retail team in West Java. The role focuses on selling decorative products to dealers across Depok, Bogor, and surrounding areas, while identifying new customer potentials and delivering professional service.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in sales within building materials or FMCG, possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and be willing to travel across West Java with a personal car and driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in sales in building materials, FMCG, or related field.
• Driven personality with persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote decorative products to dealers in the Greater West Java region.
• Maintain and grow dealer base to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to secure new customers and raise brand awareness.
• Monitor collections by following up with Finance to ensure payments within terms.
• Provide high-quality product and sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
