Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is expanding its Decorative Retail team in West Java. The role focuses on selling decorative products to dealers across Depok, Bogor, and surrounding areas, while identifying new customer potentials and delivering professional service.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in sales within building materials or FMCG, possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and be willing to travel across West Java with a personal car and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote decorative products to dealers in the Greater West Java region.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to secure new customers and raise brand awareness.
• Monitor collections by following up with Finance to ensure payments within terms.
• Provide high-quality product and sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking a dynamic professional to strengthen Decorative Retail department as the Decorative Retail Consultant - Greater West Java.

The successful candidate will sell and promote decorative products to our loyal dealers and seek new potentials in the designated area by providing professional sales service, monitoring collection, coordinating with other departments, and responding quickly to meet customers' request to ensure the budgeted sales, market shares, gross margin, DSO target, and excellent customers satisfaction are achieved.

This position will be covering Depok, Bogor, Cianjur, Sukabumi, Garut, Tasikmalaya area and report directly to Area Sales Manager.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for market mapping and expansion in the territory by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to increase Jotun's market share

Achieve sales target by maintaining current customers and seek for new potential customers to ensure the budgeted sales is achieved and gross margin increased.

Promote Decorative products by coordinating with the Marketing and Technical team to secure new customers and increase brand awareness in order to have more market share in the respective area.

Monitor collection by following up collection and coordinating with Finance Department to ensure customer payment is received within the agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding (DSO) target.

Provide high-quality product and professional sales services by coordinating with other departments to ensure customer's satisfaction is achieved.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree from any discipline.

Experience minimum 3 years as sales in building materials, FMCG, General Trade or in the related field is essential.

Has a driven personality, able to convince and persuade others.

Presentation and communication skills are required.

Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Has own car and driving license A.

Willing to be located and work mobile all around West Java.
