Job summary

PT Jotun Indonesia is expanding its Decorative Retail team in Central Java & DIY area, seeking a proactive consultant to promote decorative paints to dealers, develop new channels, and ensure sales targets.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in building materials or related field, strong communication and presentation skills, a valid driving license and own car, and willingness to travel across Central Java and DI Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• Experience in sales for building materials, FMCG, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must have own car and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell decorative products to dealers and expand the customer base.
• Meet sales targets and monitor collection to support budgeting goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to enhance brand awareness.
• Provide high-quality sales service and timely responses to customer requests.
