Job summary

PT. Jotun Indonesia seeks a Decorative Retail Consultant to expand the decorative retail business across Central Java and DI Yogyakarta.

You will sell and promote products, visit dealers, and coordinate with marketing, logistics and other departments to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in related fields, strong communication, and ownership of a car with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• Experience minimum 3 years as sales in building materials, FMCG, General Trade or related field is essential.
• Proficient communication and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Has own car and driving license A.
• Willing to be located and work mobile around Central Java & DIY area.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits.
• Promote products by coordinating marketing activities to achieve sales budget.
• Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations.
• Follow up on collections to ensure healthy working capital.
• Maintain good relationship with distributors and address customer complaints.
• Create and maintain data and be an active CRM user.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and service.
• Liaise with client market and respond to inquiries while introducing products to dealers/projects.
• Undertake area audits to identify market potential with Supervisor.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking a dynamic professional to strengthen Decorative Retail department as the Decorative Retail Consultant - Central Java & DI Yogyakarta area.

The successful candidate will sell and promote decorative products to our loyal dealers and seek new potentials in the designated area by providing professional sales service, monitoring collection, coordinating with other departments, and responding quickly to meet customers’ request to ensure the budgeted sales, market shares, gross margin, DSO target, and excellent customers satisfaction are achieved.

This position will be covering Central Java & DI Yogyakarta area and report directly to Area Sales Manager.

Job Description

• Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
• Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
• Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
• Have a strong follow-up on collection as per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
• Maintain good relationship and provide high quality service to existing distributors and attending to customers’ complaints
• Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service
• Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to dealers/projects
• Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Supervisor
