Job summary

Humana in Jakarta seeks an experienced Training & Development professional to lead employee learning initiatives. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs, leveraging LMS and e-learning platforms, and driving development across all levels of the organization.

You will manage the training team, collaborate with departments to tailor curricula, and assess program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Having certification as a trainer will be an advantage.
• Min. 2 years experience as Training & Development Manager or 5 years experience as Training & Development Supervisor (Experience in the financial industry is preferred).
• Having proven track records in delivering employee training or learning development programs.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
• Good and effective leadership, analytic & problem solving and strong decision making skills.
• Good planning, organize, detailed oriented and project management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and development programs across the organization.
• Lead and manage the Training & Development team to achieve learning objectives.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and design curricula.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
