Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver programs aligned with business needs. You will prepare materials in PowerPoint, develop SOPs, and conduct sessions in Mandarin and English/Indonesian, while analyzing effectiveness and performance metrics.

Required are Mandarin fluency (HSK 5+), a related bachelor's degree, and 1–3 years in training or L&D with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Hsk 5 level Mandarin fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field (Education, Business Admin, Management, etc.).
• 1–3 years in training, L&D, SOP management or related field preferred.
• Experience in training delivery and SOP development is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, with HSK 5 or above.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, learning & development, SOP management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training delivery, SOP development/standardization, or employee development is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret training and performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and capable of developing professional and engaging training materials.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
