Job summary

BitHealth in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to shape talent growth, identify training needs through TNA, and design programs aligned with company goals. You will oversee onboarding and workforce development initiatives across teams.

Collaborating with department leaders to close skill gaps, you will manage training schedules, vendors, and budgets, while leveraging LMS and AI-based learning tools to boost effectiveness and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development or related HR role.
• Experience in training needs analysis and evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvement plans.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the technology industry and knowledge of AI literacy or digital skills development are advantages.
