Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM seeks a dedicated HR development professional to design and run leadership development and onboarding programs across levels. You will coordinate MT programs, manage Local Trainers for field sales capability, and ensure evaluation and reporting drive improvements.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing modules, coordinating execution, and delivering data-driven insights to HR and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR development.
• Experience handling leadership development, onboarding, or MT programs.
• Experience supporting sales training or working with field teams.
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing development program effectiveness.

Job description

• Develop the design and implementation of leadership development programs across levels; Coordinate training schedules, materials, and facilitators; Monitor program effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end onboarding programs for new employees; Ensure alignment of onboarding content with company culture and business needs; Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and improve onboarding experience
• Administer acting assignment evaluation processes; Coordinate with stakeholders to collect evaluation results; Maintain records and provide analysis for decision-making (confirmation, promotion readiness)
• Manage and coordinate Local Trainers (LT) for sales field capability development; Monitor training delivery and effectiveness in the field; Ensure training materials are standardized and aligned with business objectives
• Support the implementation of Management Trainee programs (planning, onboarding, rotation tracking); Monitor MT progress and development; Coordinate evaluation and reporting for MT program outcomes
• Identify training needs based on business requirements; Support development of training modules and materials; Coordinate internal/external training execution
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness, participation, and development metrics; Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations; Support HR and management with development-related reporting

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Have 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR development role
• Experience handling leadership development, onboarding, or MT programs.
• Experience supporting sales training or working with field teams
