Job summary

PT Ifabula Digital Kreasi is seeking a People and Organization Development Officer to plan, develop, and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.

You will identify training needs through performance evaluations and manager discussions, support performance management and development plans, monitor program effectiveness, and contribute to competency frameworks and company culture initiatives. Maintain training records and development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management or related field.
• 2+ years in People Development, L&D, or related HR function.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with managers and staff.
• Excellent planning, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Plan, develop, and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and individual development plans.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to support a positive work environment and employee growth.

Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including competency frameworks, career development, and company culture initiatives.

Maintain training records, development plans, and program evaluation reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or a related HR function.

Experience in designing and implementing training and employee development programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at various levels.

Strong planning, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Experience in performance management, competency assessment, or organizational development is a plus.
