The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years in customer service or tenant relations, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service, customer relations, tenant relations, hospitality, or related role.
• Good understanding of customer service, tenant relations, complaint handling, and CRM.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Service-oriented with ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and tenants.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customer care and tenant relations services per standards.
• Handle and follow up on complaints and feedback, ensuring resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and monitor follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants to address their needs and satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports and evaluate customer experience quality.
