Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Entry Level Officer - Tenant Relation for Summarecon Mall Serpong. The role focuses on building strong tenant relationships and handling daily tenant requests and issues at a busy shopping center.

You will monitor operations, coordinate with departments, and prepare daily reports to ensure smooth mall functioning. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Communication, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Operation in Mall or Property Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented, responsive, well-groomed, professional, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays.
