Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Officer - Customer Care & Tenant Relations for Summarecon Mall Makassar. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to customers and tenants, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Tenant Relations, Hospitality, or a related position will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of customer service, complaint handling, customer experience, and tenant relations.
• Able to handle customer and tenant inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper issue resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented, responsive, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Description:

• Provide service and information to customers and tenants in accordance with established service standards.
• Handle and follow up on customer and tenant inquiries, complaints, feedback, and needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in handling customer and tenant issues and ensure proper follow up.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and tenants through responsive communication and service.
• Record and document customer and tenant feedback, and assist in preparing reports related to customer care and tenant relations activities.
